The flagbearer of the Convention People's Party (CPP), Sarpong Kumankumah, has unveiled its 2024 manifesto dubbed 'Women's Manifesto', describing it as a comprehensive road map to a better future for Ghanaians.

Speaking at the unveiling ceremony in Accra on Thursday, November 14, 2024, she dedicated it to the women of Ghana, pointing out the vital role they play in shaping the nation's identity and progress. "Our manifesto is a 'Women's Manifesto', and what this simply means is that we are dedicating it to the women of this country and the suffering women across the continent of Africa.

That is why I am asking you to bring me a basket and a machete. "That is why I am asking you to give me that matchbox.

The reason is simply this: every person listening to my voice, every Ghanaian across the continent of Africa and in the diaspora, Ghanaians everywhere, the CPP is here for you," she stated.
