A former General Secretary of the Convention People's Party (CPP), Nana Yaa Jantuah still holds the view that there is no Majority in Parliament.

During a panel discussion on TV3's NewDay, Nana Yaa Jantuah stated that the Constitution has been overly abused to the extent that the same constitution looks tired.

Nana Yaa chastised the NPP caucus for calling for a sitting but walked out on November 7, 2024 resulting in the speaker suspending sitting indefinitely.  According to her, although the Supreme Court has ruled in favour of the NPP, there is no majority in parliament. "This parliament has no majority.
