The Chartered Institute of Leadership and Governance (CILG) Ghana Chapter has inducted 27 new class of leaders dedicated to advancing ethical governance across various sectors in Ghana at a ceremony held in Kumasi, Ashanti Region.The inductees were mainly Coordinating Directors from Local Assemblies with a minority segment from private business owners.
The event was attended by distinguished personalities including paramount chiefs and other traditional leaders.It was on the theme "Rescaling and Upscaling Leadership- Catalyst for continuous growth and development ".Addressing the inductees, Dr.
Asare Bediako Adams, the Country Director of CILG Ghana highlighted the Institute's commitment to fostering a community of professionals who prioritize integrity, accountability and excellence in leadership.He reminded new members that CILG membership is more than a professional milestone, adding that it is a pledge to embody the highest standards of governance and ethical practice.He further underscored the importance of CILG's mission to reshape leadership in Ghana."Our shared vision is to inspire, govern with accountability and lead with integrity", he said.Dr.
