In a bold and proactive move aimed at combating violent extremism in Ghana, the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE) recently brought together a dynamic group of stakeholders to sharpen their skills in detecting the tactics of extremists.

This enlightening program took place on November 6, 2024, at the Tumu Municipal Health Directorate's conference hall, bringing together local government representatives, traditional leaders, vibrant youth groups, and civil society organizations-all eager to make a difference.

This initiative was organized by the NCCE and proudly funded by the European Union.

The atmosphere was charged as Eliasu Hussein, the Director of NCCE, kicked off the event with a compelling welcome remark.
