A member of the New Patriotic Party's (NPP) Communications Team, Paul Yandoh, has accused Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng of operating with bias in favour of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), questioning his neutrality and effectiveness under the current government led by President John Dramani Mahama. "Was Kissi Agyebeng a member of the NDC?" Yandoh asked during an appearance on Movement TV. "Because everything he's doing now looks like he is.

And yet, it was we in the NPP who appointed him as Special Prosecutor." Yandoh's criticism comes at a time when the Special Prosecutor's work has drawn both praise and scrutiny under the Mahama administration.

According to the NPP communicator, Agyebeng's actions appear more political than principled. "Is his office a palace that he always wants people to appear before him?

If he has any solid case, why doesn't he take the suspect to court?
