John Dramani Mahama, the Presidential Candidate of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), has urged the electorate to resist the New Patriotic Party's (NPP) campaign on "skirt and blouse" in the upcoming December 7 election.

He reiterated the significance of voting based on principles of competence, integrity and proven track records of politicians dedicated to advancing national development.

Addressing a mini rally at Kasoa in the Awutu Senya East Constituency, Mr Mahama criticised the NPP's strategy to entice the electorate to support NPP parliamentary candidates while casting their vote for any presidential candidate.

He interpreted the cunning campaign by the NPP as an indication of the party's acknowledgement of defeat before the election.
