Constitutional lawyer Kwame Adofo has described the suit filed by South Dayi MP, Rockson Nelson Dafeamakpor, against Speaker of at the High Court as unnecessary.
Speaking to Akua Sonto on Kasapa Premtobre Kase3, Lawyer Adofo asserted that since the case is already pending at the Supreme Court awaiting final determination, pursuing it at the High Court, which is a lower court, serves no purpose. "What is Dafeamakpor hoping to achieve by going to court?" Adofo questioned, emphasizing that the Supreme Court's decision will render the High Court's ruling meaningless, as the lower court will have to abide by the apex court's verdict.
