Martin Kpebu Private legal practitioner Martin Kpebu has said that the stinky nature of the Airbus scandal is what moved the late President John Evans Atta Mills to cause the investigation of his then Vice President John Dramani Mahama at the time, over the matter. Martin Kpebu indicated his readiness to lead demonstrations against the government if Mr Mahama wins the elections and such practices perpetuate. "What I don't want to accept, yes, JM is lucky because of Akufo-Addo's corruption, he and Bawumia, together, everything, but I  bet you, I don't want to be lending support to the report that this means that nothing happened. I can never do that. Even that will show that I'm being inconsistent. "At my age in life, reading criminal law and everything, you think we were going to look for corruption that they were going to put the money in JM's account or in his hands then, say yes, we've found corruption? This thing is really bad and that's how come Atta Mills wasn't happy it and he set a committee so we want JM to understand that it's luck, nothing has been shown but we beg him, when he comes, these things, we will not allow it.
