"Eight years ago, many of you were too young to remember the self-inflicted crisis and home-grown hardships that my opponent put the nation through at a time when the global economy was rather stable and growing", Dr Bawumia  recounted   Dr Bawumia made reference to Mr Mahama's popular "Dumsor" era, which caused a lot of crisis for job owners and also caused people to lose their jobs due to the power outage.

He further stated that the Dumsor caused low productivity across board. "Factories could not stay open for months let alone 24 hours.

Several Ghanaians lost their jobs as a result of my opponent's bad leadership choices.
