Matthew Opoku Prempeh, popularly known as NAPO, has lambasted the erstwhile (NDC) administration for building community day schools in the country.
According to the former education minister, the Ghanaian Senior High School system is primarily based on boarding schools, and the NDC intentionally built such community day schools in the bushes to make access to the schools difficult for the students.
