The family of late Nigerian singer, Onyeka Onwenu has revealed that the remains of their beloved will be buried before the end of August 2024. This was disclosed on Tuesday, August 6 while they received a delegation from the Musical Society of Nigeria, (MCSN) who paid them a visit at the late singer's residence in Ikoyi, Lagos. The visit was to share their condolences and sympathise with the family. Onwenu was a member of MCSN before her sudden demise after her performance at the 80th birthday party of Chief Stella Okoli, owner of Emzor Pharmaceuticals. During the visit, her two sons, Abram and Tjiani expressed their intention to respect their late mother's wishes by burying her soon.
