A cholera outbreak in the Ada enclave has claimed the lives of two individuals, with the Ghana Health Service (GHS) reporting a total of 43 confirmed cases.

The outbreak has affected both the Ada East and Ada West districts in the Greater Accra Region, prompting health authorities to implement urgent measures to contain the situation and avert further fatalities.

Frank Bekoe, the Director of Public Health at the GHS, provided an update on the concerning situation, stating: "So we have 37 confirmed cases from Ada East, and then six confirmed cases in Ada West.
