Smart Sarpong has condemned the conduct of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) caucus in Parliament which they exhibited on Tuesday, October 22.
The NDC caucus claims to have assumed majority position in the Legislative House following an order by the Speaker.
The Agona West, Amenfi Central, Fomena and Suhum represented by their MPs have been declared vacant by the Speaker, Alban Bagbin.
