Convener of the Fixing the Country Movement, Ernest Owusu-Bempah has said the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) made a number of mistakes and misjudgments, especially with his conclusion that former President John Dramani Mahama wasn't a beneficiary of the bribery money in the Airbus scandal. He has asked the OSP to look into the matter again. Failure to do that will lead to a mass protest against the OSP, he said in a statement. The OSP at a press briefing on Thursday, August 8 said Mahama was identified as Government Official One by the UK and US courts during their investigations.
"The OSP confirms the identity of the following individuals. The individual described as Government Official 1 by the UK court and Individual one by the US court is John Dramani Mahama.
