Kathleen 'Katy' Scott, 21, a Cincinnati Ohio resident has been reported dead following a gruesome car crash in Franklin County IN.
Scott died in the single-vehicle wreck that occurred Monday, October 21, 2024 at the intersection of State Road 1 and U.S.
Highway 52 in Cedar Grove.
