Speaker of Parliament should abide by Supreme Court order – Dr Dominic Ayine

Former Deputy Attorney General, Dr Dominic Ayine thinks that the Speaker of Parliament, Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagin should abide by the orders of the Supreme Court staying the declaration of Four(4) Parliamentary seats vacant.

During an interview on TV3's Hot Issues monitored by MyNewsGh.com, Dr Ayine stated that the orders of the court cannot be questioned but must be obeyed. "The speaker should obey the orders of the court.

This is because even if a court order is wrong, it must be obeyed.

Unfortunately, that's the position of the law." He advised.
