Ghanaian media personality Afia Pokuaa has weighed in on the recent tragic accident involving Bishop Salifu Amoako's son, which resulted in the death of two young girls.
She highlighted that the responsibility in this case falls heavily on the parents, especially now that it's gone to court and they have been charged.
Afia explained that if the police can prove that the parents were negligent, such as allowing their son access to the car keys despite the risk, they could face serious consequences.
While the son may be sent to a juvenile facility for a maximum of three years under the Juvenile Justice Act of 2008, the situation could be even worse for the parents if evidence emerges, such as videos of their son speeding before the accident.
