According to a press statement from Blue Chip Hospitality Limited (BCH), the company has secured a major legal victory in its ongoing dispute with The Secret Garden Limited (TSG).
In a ruling delivered on October 11, 2024, the High Court nullified the arrest warrants and contempt application issued against BCH directors, Mr.
Kofi Adjei-Maafo and Mr.
Keith Edem Aweke, who are also the founders of the popular Bloom Bar and East End.
