A High Court in Accra is of the view that the disqualification of the PNC's Bernard Mornah from contesting for the 2024 election is lawful.
The Court has, therefore, dismissed his case that sought to reverse the decision of the Electoral Commission.
The ruling, delivered on Monday, October 21, effectively blocks Mr Mornah from pursuing further legal avenues to contest his disqualification, creating additional challenges for the PNC as the December elections draw near.
Bernard Mornah's case has been discussed on several political platforms, with concerns raised about the fairness of the decision.
