A professor of Political Science at the University of Ghana, Ransford Gyampo, has predicted a confrontattion between the Legislative and Judicial arms of government in the coming days.He said this situation would arise due to the ruling of the Supreme Court that seeks to suspend an earlier ruling by the Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin, on matters relating to happenings in the House." I can anticipate that speaker Bagbin will put his foot down.
The Speaker is also going to tell you that what you have d one is contemptuous.
