The Christ the King Catholic Church (CTK), led by the Young Christian Workers Movement (YCWM), organised a health day featuring blood donation drives alongside essential health screenings to promote wellness within the community.

The church has established a strong tradition of hosting blood donation events, working closely with the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital, the Ridge Hospital, and the 37 Military Hospital.

Last Sunday, the church expanded its initiative to offer crucial health screenings for eye, breast, prostate, and dental health.

Medical professionals from the Mamobi Polyclinic, the Ridge Hospital, the Police Hospital, and the National Blood Service were on hand to provide these important services.
