Former President of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama has welcomed the decision by the Speaker of Parliament to declare four seats in parliament vacant He is if the view that the NDC automatically becomes the majority in Parliament; an indication of good things to come.
John Dramani Mahama who is currently campaigning in the Greater Accra region believes the NDC has made history even without casting a ballot. "if the report I am hearing says then something history is happening., the report I am hearing is that the speaker has declared four seats vacant.
The majority has turned to the Minority and the Minority has turned to Majority.
