Haruna Iddrisu petitions Speaker Bagbin to declare 4 seats vacant

The Member of for Tamale South, , has petitioned the Speaker of , , to declare four seats in the House vacant.

The affected constituencies are Agona West, Suhum, Amenfi Central, and Fomena.

This was disclosed by the Majority Leader and MP for Effutu, Alexander Kwamina Afenyo-Markin, in on Tuesday, October 15, 2024.

According to him, he got to know of this after a memo of the petition sent to the Speaker of by the Tamale South legislator was copied to him. "This morning, I got a memo which is addressed to Mr Speaker by the respected Member for Tamale South (), I got a copy.
