The Ashanti Regional chairman of the opposition (NPP), Bernard Antwi Boasiako, says he is fully abreast of whatever the ruling party did to win the 2024 general elections.
He said, for the NPP to block the from consolidating its victory in the 2028 elections, he must be voted as the party's national chairman so that he will propel the NPP to victory.
According to Boasiako, who is popularly called Chairman Wontumi, he has learned a lot, including what caused the defeat of the NPP in the 2024 elections, as well as what the (NDC) did to win.
Speaking on his privately owned Wontumi TV/Radio on Friday, July 31, 2025, he stated, "If it comes to the 2024 elections, I know what the NDC did and we will never again…!!".
