The Electoral Commission (EC) has announced that voters will not be able to request for correction in their details after the ongoing re-exhibition exercise ends on October 19.
The EC is currently re-exhibiting the revised provisional voters' register for voters to check their details and ratify errors before a final voters' register is made.
Voters can check their details via the short code *711*51# or visit the EC's website to verify their details. "Once the Re-Exhibition Exercise ends on Saturday, 19th October, voters will still be able to check their details online but cannot request for correction of their details," the Commission stated.
The EC also urged the public to report any identified discrepancy in their details to the district offices of the Commission for correction.
