The Accra Circuit court has ordered State Attorneys prosecuting the Democracy Hub protesters to carry out a psychological evaluation of one Thomas Yeboah.
In court on Monday, October 14, lawyers of the protesters indicated to the court that despite being granted bail, Thomas Yeboah remained in Police custody.
They explained that there was a difficulty to obtain surety for the protester because he was incoherent.
According to the defence counsel, the prosecutor's attention was drawn to the plight of the young man whom they described as mentally unstable.
