A tragic incident on the Buduburam stretch of the Accra-Winneba highway has led to the deaths of four people.
Reports indicate that the deaths were caused by a rock blasted by a construction company working on the road.
The rock was blasted for a few seconds after several vehicles on the stretch were halted for the activity to take place.
This is not the first time rock has been blasted.
