Communications Director for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Richard Ahiagbah has observed that an upgrade by Moody's for Ghana is an indication that there is a turnaround of the economy.
He argues that it is an indication that the New Patriotic Party government has what it takes to bring the economy back.
Ahiagbah made this known in a Post shared via X while reacting to news of Moody's upgrade of Ghana to Caa2.
Ahiagbah uurged the former President of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama to take note of the progress made and acknowledge it.
