Laryea Kingston has finally opened up about his decision to step down as Ghana's U-17 coach, stating that he found the environment unhealthy.

Kingston resigned after Ghana failed to qualify for the AFCON, following their defeat to Burkina Faso in the semi-finals of the WAFU B Championship in Legon.

Kingston implied that he felt unappreciated throughout his career, from his days as a player to his role as a coach.
