The bail application for 20 more Democracy Hub protesters has hit a snag.
Lawyers of the protesters on the morning of Tuesday, October 8 moved their motion for bail for: Kingsley Asiedu Seth Coffie Vera Gloria Louis Nii Quaye Hammond Dela Quarshie Manuel Barser Biney Dorsese Joseph Agbevi Mathias Ernest Acheampong The rest are Dorcas Sharifa Emmanuel Attah Alhassan Hudu Grace Asantewaa Raymsa Godwin Jones Isaac Agyapong Shadrach Amoah Otieku Alex Raymond Sefa Boakye Kallian Kofi Komashie Daniel Adjei But the prosecuting State Attorneys indicated that they had filed affidavits in opposition to the bail.
Justice Arma-Tetteh rebuked the State Attorneys for failing to show up in court during the bail application for the 13 which were brought before his court.
They indicated that they were unaware of the bail application hence their attendance to the applications in Criminal Court 4.
