A video has surfaced online showing self-acclaimed dancehall King, Shatta Wale Kneeling to apologize to former President, John Dramani Mahama.

In the video, Shatta Wale was apologizing to the former President for a disrespecting him and the NDC party.

A very remorseful Shatta Wale pleaded with Mahama to forgive his insolence as his actions were of sheer ignorance.

In a warm response, Mahama told him, "Oh, it's nothing, you're my son, and I hold nothing against you." Shatta Wale also revealed that through Mahama, he was able to buy his first house, which he said was a significant gesture that he could never forget, adding that he could never be ungrateful to him.
