The Member of Parliament for Sefwi Bodi Constituency, Mr.
Samson Ahi, has accused the government of taking advantage of cocoa farmers by paying them small amount of money as producer price compared to the huge world market price.
He said the former Mahama administration paid cocoa farmers 70 per cent of the world market price as producer price, in addition to the free fertiliser, cocoa roads and other incentives.
