The presidential candidate and leader of the Afrafranto Alliance, Alan Kyerematen, paid a courtesy call on the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, at the Manhyia Palace on the afternoon of Wednesday, October 2, 2024.
The visit formed part of his three-week Caravan Campaign Tour in the Ashanti Region as he rallies support ahead of the 7th December general election.
During the visit, Alan Kyerematen took the opportunity to formally introduce his young running mate, Mr Kwame Owusu Danso, to the Asantehene.
He explained his choice of a youthful running mate, emphasizing that the older generation needed to prepare the younger ones to assume leadership roles.
