Ghanaian youngster Emmanuel Toku has said he is ready to play at the highest level by joining a top division club following a breakthrough season with Fremad Amager in the ongoing Danish 1st Division league campaign.

The Ghana U-20 star has so far become a revelation in the Danish lower division - with top-flight side FC Nordsjaelland and Russian giants CSKA Moscow - currently on his heels ahead of the January transfer window.

Despite having his sights set on transfer move, the talented youngster has emphasised that he would not force his way out of the Copenhagen-based club as he wants their blessing for such transfer deal in the near future.

''I have heard a lot, but I just work hard, and if I do, it also helps the team. If I think anything about it (the rumors), It is that it motivates me to work harder,'' he told Bold.dk

''I want to help the team move forward, but my goal is to play in a top club in the future. With hard work, I get ready to advance in my career, but it has to go step by step, and I feel ready to take my next step now.''

''It depends on the club. If they are okay with it, then it could well happen, but if they do not want to get rid of me, then there is nothing I can do.''

Toku's existing contract with Fremad Amager will expire in June 2023 after extending it in August this term.
