We are seeking a creative, highly organized, and proactive Social Media & Client Relations Manager ( Female prefered ) to take full ownership of our online presence and client communications. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing a social media strategy, creating high-quality visual and written content, and managing day-to-day client interactions. The ideal candidate is a blend of a creative storyteller and an excellent communicator who can build thriving online communities and maintain strong relationships with our clients.

Required Skills or Experience

• Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar digital marketing role with a strong portfolio.
• Tools: Proficiency with video editing apps (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush), graphic design software (Canva), and other related apps
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for writing compelling captions.
• Interpersonal Skills: High emotional intelligence, patience, and a professional attitude when handling client inquiries and customer service issues.
• Organization: Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask by switching quickly between creative content creation and structured client management.
