Job Description

  • Reports To: General Manager / Sales Manager

Purpose
Assist the Sales Manager to lead, supervise, and develop the sales team in achieving the Company's revenue targets by ensuring effective lead management, client engagement, sales conversion, and overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in leading and motivating the Property Consultants.
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline through the CRM.
  • Coach and support the sales team to improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and assist in closing high-value transactions.
  • Ensure timely follow-up of all assigned leads and enquiries.
  • Generate at least five (5) personal prospects monthly.
  • Drive the achievement of project revenue and reservation targets

 

Requirements

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in real estate sales or sales management.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience.

Monthly KPIs

  • Team sales revenue.
  • Minimum 5 personal reservations/deposits.
  • Achievement of overall team sales targets.
  • CRM compliance and lead follow-up performance.
  • Team productivity and conversion rates.
  • Accuracy of sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Client satisfaction and sales process compliance.
