Sales & Marketing Officer

Job Description

• Generate new business through personal selling and referrals
• Manage and grow existing accounts across corporate, construction, hospitality, NGO and education sectors
• Prepare quotations and proposals in line with company pricing and costing guidelines
• Follow jobs from enquiry through production to delivery, keeping clients informed
• Meet and exceed agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Manage social media, digital content and marketing campaigns
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade events and client presentations
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes and orders in the company ERP
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing and client needs

Required Skills or Experience

• HND/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years’ sales experience (printing, packaging, advertising or media an advantage)
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Strong presentation, negotiation and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with a CRM or ERP is an advantage
• A valid driver’s licence is required
• Willingness to travel within Greater Accra and occasionally beyond
• High level of integrity, reliability and punctuality
