Job Description

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service flow. 
• Supervise, mentor, and support all FOH and BOH staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety guidelines, and labour regulations
• Support management with budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers. 

Required Skills or Experience

• Ability to coordinate the flow between the front of house and the back of house, streamline kitchen operations and enforce strict health and safety compliance.
• Ability to train and motivate staff to maintain high performance and reduce costly staff turnover
• Ability to maintain a strong floor presence, resolve service issues under pressure and lead a dining experience that drives repeat business.
• Ability to manage food costs, labor metrics and inventory.
• Analytical and Proactive
