Receptionist at Elias Perfect Home

Elias Perfect Home is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our Airbnb hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries, and ensuring an excellent guest experience.

• Requirements
• Tertiary graduate (HND, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree)
• Minimum 1 year experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, hotel, guest house, or Airbnb operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good computer skills and familiarity with online booking platforms is an advantage
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests
Manage bookings and reservations
Respond to calls, emails, and guest messages
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally
