- Reports To: Operations Manager
Purpose
To provide professional front desk services while ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration, organization, and overall appearance of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist all visitors and clients professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and meeting rooms.
- Receive and manage deliveries and courier services.
- Maintain office supplies and administrative records.
- Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and fully operational at all times.
- Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance personnel, and service providers to address office needs promptly.
- Provide administrative support to Management and other departments as required.
Requirements
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Minimum of 2 years experience is required.
