  • Reports To: Operations Manager

Purpose
To provide professional front desk services while ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration, organization, and overall appearance of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist all visitors and clients professionally.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments and meeting rooms.
  • Receive and manage deliveries and courier services.
  • Maintain office supplies and administrative records.
  • Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and fully operational at all times.
  • Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance personnel, and service providers to address office needs promptly.
  • Provide administrative support to Management and other departments as required.

Requirements

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience is required.
