Job Description

• Reports To: Sales Manager

Purpose
To convert qualified prospects into purchasers through professional client engagement, effective follow-up, and successful sales closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up assigned CRM leads promptly.
• Conduct site visits and virtual presentations.
• Qualify clients and recommend suitable units.
• Negotiate and close property sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Generate at least five (5) personal prospects monthly.
• Assist clients through reservation and documentation

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in sales or real estate is preferred.
• Minimum of 2-5 years working experience

Key Performance Indicators

• Minimum of 3 reservations/deposits per month.
• CRM response and update compliance.
• Appointments and walkthroughs conducted.
• Lead conversion rate.
• Client satisfaction
