Job Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school.
• Lead curriculum implementation and academic improvement initiatives.
• Supervise and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Develop and implement school policies and operational plans.
• Promote a positive school culture and student wellbeing.
• Build strong relationships with parents and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations and safeguarding standards.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
• Professional teaching qualification.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ leadership experience in a reputable school.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional leadership.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
