The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong background in IB and Cambridge education, and a passion for nurturing a culture of inquiry, critical thinking, and global citizenship from Early Years to A Level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the school community, ensuring alignment with the school's mission, vision, and values.
  • Oversee the implementation of the IB Programme and ongoing development of the Cambridge Programme, from Early Years to A Level, ensuring adherence to rigorous academic standards and the promotion of holistic development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Lead and inspire a team of educators and staff members, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with parents, students, faculty, and external stakeholders to enhance the overall educational experience.
  • Stay abreast of educational trends, best practices, and developments in the field of international education.
  • Uphold high standards of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all interactions and decision-making processes.

Requirements

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications

  • Doctorate degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field preferred;  (Applicants with a minimum of a Master's degree may apply)
  • Certification as a school principal or educational administrator.
  • Proven experience in international leadership roles within European/American schools.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Cambridge International Programme and International Baccalaureate (IB) Programme.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse community of students, faculty, and staff.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in education.
