ROLE SUMMARY
To provide HR Support in the field of Learning & Development by working closely with the Training Team, Staff and External Resource Providers to deliver the scheduled Training Programs for the Company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the development, delivery, and evaluation of staff learning and development programs and the implementation of an annual corporate training
- Administrate Enterprise Life Online Learning Platforms and drive utilization and implementation of learning actions.
- Assist in developing and facilitating relevant “in-house” training sessions/programs.
- Develop and coordinate the corporate induction programs and traineeship programs.
- Assist in developing training Frameworks, and policies. and procedures.
- Research on relevant areas and advise function heads on insights and recommendation
- Support the development of training needs assessments, training surveys, feedbacks, and training monitoring systems and particularly post-training impact assessment reports
- Work directly with internal and external stakeholders and departments in planning and delivering training programs.
- Research Work and Training Content Development required to facilitate training sessions
Requirements
Required Skills or Experience
EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- First Degree in any relevant field from an accredited university
- At least 2 years post national service experience in Learning and Development
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Creative, confident, and professional person with high levels of self-drive
