- Department: Human Resources & Administration
Job Purpose
To implement HR policies and procedures by supporting recruitment, employee records management, payroll administration, performance management, training coordination and employee relations while providing HR support to all branches.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Advertise vacancies.
- Screen applications.
- Coordinate interviews.
- Conduct reference checks.
- Prepare employment documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records.
- Update HRIS and personnel files.
- Process leave applications.
- Monitor attendance.
- Prepare monthly HR reports.
Performance Management
- Coordinate appraisal schedules.
- Track performance review completion.
- Monitor probation assessments.
Training
- Coordinate internal and external training.
- Maintain training records.
- Evaluate training effectiveness.
Employee Relations
- Handle employee enquiries.
- Assist with disciplinary processes.
- Support employee engagement activities.
Compliance
- Ensure statutory compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Facilities Management
- Coordinate maintenance of offices and branches.
- Report facility faults.
- Monitor repairs and maintenance.
- Coordinate cleaning services.
- Ensure proper workplace appearance.
Requirements
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field.
Experience
- 2–4 years HR experience.
