Job Description

Job Purpose

• Manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and internal policies.
• Support audits and implement internal controls.
• Generate financial reports for management

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Excel.
• Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and tax regulations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• CPA/ACCA preferred
