Job Description

Job Overview
Will be responsible for financial management, inventory verification, payroll verification support, internal control processes, and compliance monitoring to ensure the company operates efficiently and securely.

Financial Management

  • Maintain accurate accounting records and daily bookkeeping;
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable;
  • Prepare monthly financial and management reports;
  • Monitor company expenses and cash flow.

Inventory and Internal Control

  • Conduct stocktaking and inventory verification;
  • Monitor inventory movement and supply chain records;
  • Coordinate with warehouse and sales departments to investigate inventory discrepancies;
  • Ensure proper internal control procedures are followed.

Payroll and Administrative Support

  • Assist with payroll verification and payroll audits;
  • Verify employee attendance, loan deductions, overtime, and allowances;
  • Review expense reimbursement requests and supporting documents.

Compliance and Audit Support

  • Support tax filing and regulatory compliance;
  • Maintain financial and audit documentation;
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and social security funds when necessary;
  • Assist with internal audits and risk control processes.

Systems and Software Management

  • Operate accounting software and inventory management systems;
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial and operational data;
  • Support ERP and reporting system management.

Requirements

Required Skills or Experience

Experience

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience;
  • Experience in manufacturing, trading, or factory operations is preferred;
  • Experience working in an accounting or audit firm is preferred;
  • Experience in inventory stocktaking is an advantage.

Technical Skills

Candidates must be familiar with:

  • Accounting software;
  • Inventory and supply chain management systems;
  • ERP systems;
  • Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong sense of responsibility and integrity;
  • Strong awareness of internal controls;
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Good communication and reporting skills.

Employment Terms

  • Contract duration: 2 years
  • Probation period: 6 months
  • Salary: Negotiable, based on qualifications and experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in audit or internal control;
  • Experience in factory inventory management;
  • Experience in payroll verification/audit;
  • Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
