Job Purpose
The Field Executive is responsible for mobilizing youth and community members to form, join YSLAs in their assigned location in the Greater Accra Region including promotion of YAAP products and services, supporting youth savings and loans activities , and strengthening financial inclusion among the youth. This role focuses on increasing youth participation and income generating activities.

This role focuses on increasing youth participation and income generating activities.
Key Responsbilities
- Mobilize and recruit youth to form or join YSLAs.
- Promote the culture of regular savings, responsible borrowing and investment / business development among the youth.
- Explain YAAP products, services, and eligibility criteria to the youth, community members and other stakeholders.
- Support YSLAs with registration and record-keeping
- Identify potential entrepreneurs and link them to YAAP opportunities
- Follow up with YSLAs members on loan repayments and savings contributions.
- Build and sustain good relationship with community leaders and other stakeholders.
- Conduct financial literacy and basic business awareness sessions for YSLAs
- Collect and submit accurate weekly and monthly sales and performance reports
- Ensure compliance with RAAPFUND policies, safeguarding, and ethical standards
- Provide feedback on community needs, market opportunities, and challenges.
- And any other assignment from supervisors
Requirements
Required Skills or Experience
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum of Senior High Schools Certificate, Diploma in Business Studies ( DBS), or a degree as an advantage.
- Experience in sales, marketing, microfinance, youth mobilization, and community development work.
- Knowledge of Village Savings and Loan Associations( VSLAs/YSLAs) is desirable .
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and local languages such as Twi, Ewe, and Ga.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Basic computer and smartphone literacy.

Key Performance Indicators ( KPIs)
- Number of YSLAs formed and supported on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Number for new members recruited to join existing YSLAs.
- Total savings mobilized for the YSLAs
- Support to YSLAs loan repayment
- Number of financial literacy session conducted for YSLAs
- Number of youth linked to income generating opportunities such as access to motorbike work, pay, and own, and micro credit services.
- Quality and timeliness of reports submitted to immediate supervisors.
Reporting Line
- The Field Executive reports to the YAAP Manager.
Duty Station
Successful candidates will be assigned to communities under YAAP with regular field travels. Candidate should be residing within the following locations in Accra; Adenta, Botwe, Lakeside, Oyarifa, New Legon, and Agbogba. Note that this position is NOT a regular employment but a Work and Pay model ( performance based monthly payment).
