We are seeking qualified, passionate and dedicated professionals to join our team for the following open positions:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely transport staff, students, guests, and visitors for official University business.
- Coordinate airport pick-ups and drop-offs for staff, students, and guests.
- Plan efficient travel routes while observing all road traffic regulations.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any faults promptly.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained at all times.
- Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks, trip records, and servicing schedules.
- Monitor vehicle insurance, roadworthy certificates, and licensing renewals to ensure timely compliance.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage where necessary.
- Support the setup of meetings and University events when required.
- Participate in University events, including school visits, career fairs, exhibitions, open days, and graduation activities.
Requirements
Required Skills or Experience
- Type C or above, with minimum 5 years of driving experience in that category of license.
- Minimum of SSSCE/WASCE/ GCE O Level. (Should have passed all subjects).
- Must be able to communicate in English
