• Construction Site Manager / Foreman / Engineer

Required Skills or Experience

• Applicants must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture/Building Technology, Estate/Property Management, or related fields).
• Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years post-qualification work experience in the relevant role.
• Applicants should have proven experience in construction supervision, site management, contractor coordination, and quality/safety compliance (for construction roles).
• Applicants should have proven experience in estate operations, property/asset management, maintenance planning, and inspection (for estate/property management roles).
• Applicants must be willing to work on projects in Accra and other regions of Ghana.
• Applicants must be able to read and interpret drawings, supervise works, and prepare/maintain basic project records.
• Competence in relevant software/tools (where applicable) and knowledge of construction/maintenance standards will be an advantage.
